What is the difference between cloud and dedicated servers?

Cloud servers are virtual machines with a defined allocation of CPU, memory, and storage. Dedicated servers give you an entire physical machine for your workload.

Where are the cloud servers located?

The cloud plans listed here are based in Los Angeles, California, in the United States.

Which operating systems are listed?

The console lists Ubuntu LTS, Debian, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux. Your server’s installed operating system appears on its details page.

How do monthly renewals work?

Each server has its own monthly renewal date. Its invoice is issued 10 days before the renewal date, and the next service period begins once the administrator confirms payment.

How can I pay an invoice?

Choose a payment option from your invoice to continue to PayPal and sign in. Your invoice reflects payment after the administrator confirms receipt.

How do I get access to the console?

Existing customers can sign in using their email, password, and an authenticator app. For new access, contact the administrator.
