Account access

Keep your account password, authenticator, recovery codes, and server credentials private. Contact your administrator if you believe anyone has gained access to your account.

Service and billing

Your account lists your server specifications, current invoices, and renewal dates. Service orders and payment arrangements are handled with the administrator. Payment is reflected in the control panel after the administrator confirms it.

Acceptable use

Use your services lawfully and respect the rights, systems, and networks of others.
